1. Booking & Cancellations
All bookings require a minimum of 12 hours advance notice. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup may incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup will be charged at 100% of the agreed fare.
2. Payment Terms
We accept Cash, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer. Fixed price quotes are locked at the time of booking confirmation. What we quote is exactly what you pay.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must behave respectfully during transit. Any damage or soiling of the vehicle caused by passengers will incur a minimum cleaning or repair charge of £150.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, traffic incidents, road closures, or flight changes.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
